Should we use this to allow people to vote on content they'd like to see on OccupyWallStreet.net?

I'd love to provide people with a way to pitch and vote on content (stories, reports, etc) for the OWS.net content team to tackle.  Could we use this? Maybe use the tag "articles"...

No more of this direct democracy crap please.  It is little more than tyranny by the minority of people.

That's a great idea, but we need to categorize correctly. Not sure if that means separate sites for each need or categorizing by project, working group and occupation. There are other tools that allow for that and maybe it can be built into ows.net directly.

This site can help us get a sense of what's important that could then lead to national proposals.

I've really enjoyed the content process for this site- the mix of open collaboration on content and still validating experience in design. I'd like to see us try some different models for editorial content. Maybe a rotating editorial committee? Maybe a voting system side by side with that? Maybe switch back and forth?

So we'd be creating something like a "digg / reddit" economy for "front page posts"?

I'd say that combined with maybe an editorial working group so that there would be a balance of different categories would be a good solution.
