Should working groups be required to report back to the GA once a week?

Working groups that are empowered by the GA to claim a direct association to the NYCGA should be required to actively interface with the body they are supposed to be in relationship to. If they do not that is fine, but they should then be considered to be autonomous affinity groups.

Certainly at least the Operations groups should be doing this, IMHO.

I'm not accusing anyone of slacking or dishonesty regarding their work for the movement - but it seems logical and beneficial from my POV that a working group should provide regular updates on their projects, needs, events, etc. in order for us to be able to work together more effectively.
