Doesn't this depend on the intended scope? I first came to Q2A as a QA tool for nycga.net. Do we want to launch it as a general bucket 'o help?
we talked about this on last Sunday's meeting. working groups and people in the nycga.net forums had been asking about a site to do track + vote on proposals, ideas for actions, etc.
turns out that Interocc has been working on the exact same thing - same idea and everything. we're going to call about joining forces.

Was thinking about a different approach to this today.
Tags can be free for any topic - education, philosophy, politics, history, economics, etc
Categories would be for what types of questions you were posting - some questions are going to have straightforward factual answers, some are going to be solicitations for a "best idea" and some are going to be freeform sharing of things that are totally subjective. So you could have subjects like:
"Temperature Check" - propose ideas and get feedback. For example "I think Working Groups are Not an Effective Structure for engagement with OWS".
"Clarifying Questions" - solicit factual information about specific topics like "What are some good places to have a meeting in Brooklyn".
"Occupy Advice" - ask questions about how to engage with OWS, etc. For example "How can I reach out to my conservative friends about OWS"
"Why I Occupy" - share stories about your involvement with OWS. For example "What inspired you to join OWS"
"Soapbox" - general discussion.
"Site Suggestions and Help" - questions + proposals about this site itself.
